THE BATTLE OF THE FLIP FLOPS

We've all been there, wether it's the Sunday afternoon at craven or just a long day at the beach. Those flip flops are never easy to put on. Unfortunately for this guy the earth was at an unusual tilt this day and every time he was on one foot gravity took over.

HOCKEY GAME AND A HAND JOB BEST FIRST DATE EVER!!

Sometimes I wonder why I never went to play college hockey and this is a big reason why, no way did this ever happen in the stands of the Art Hauser Arena. If the guy fans get treated like this I could only imagine what the players treatment is like. What guy hasn't put in a hell of an effort to get his chick to give him an handy in public, this guy succeeded sitting beside thousands of people. The people sitting all around him needed lids on there beer to keep any stray load out of there beer.

WHICH CANADIAN TEAM HAS THE BEST CHANCE TO HOIST LORD STANLEY

With the exception of the Ottawa/Pittsburgh series the other 2 knotted at one with Pitt up by a game. My question to you is, which of our 3 teams representing Canada can make the run to the finals only to lose in 7?

The Senators are in tough early, up against Canada's baby Sid theKid, and the rest of the defending Champs they have played them tough taking one of two in Pitt. only to lose there first home game in the nations capital. I've only had a chance to see one of these games and it was a 4-2 victory for Pitt. and if you were to ask me the Sens. may only have 2 games left. Sid is just too good and has so much power behind just him like Geno Malkin that Ottawa is in over there head. Anybody with a chance to knock off the homo's from Pitt have me as an instant fan...GO SENS GO!!

Again a Canadian team in deep against a duo of superstars, but after just 2 games the Habs are right there, winning game 1 in OT and blowing a 3 goal lead to lose in OT in game 2 it could just as easily be 2-0 Montreal. I laugh at the analysts all over the TV that were all over Alex the great because he never had a shot in game 1. Let him be, the guy doesn't score and it's panic button for everyone, so just like Ovi does he put up a quick 4 pts, and just so the panel is happy another 6 shots on goal. Montreal should be heading home with confidence even after blowing a big lead. If there D can slow down Ovi and Backstrom everything else is in there favor to win, I feel Montreal could make a great run if they can knock of the Presidents Cup Champs.

Last but not least we head out West where the Canucks are the favored team against a young and inexperienced Kings squad. If you ask me they should roll the Kings but stranger things have happened, for the sake of my playoff pool I pray they make a run and its money in the bank for me. The biggest question surrounding the Canucks is wether Bobby Lou can get hot and be the backbone for a very potent offense. If thats the case I think the Canucks are favored to come out of the West and right now our best bet to bring Lord Stanley North of the border.

Let me know your thoughts.

does anybody else hate phil mickelson??

Is it just me or does anyone else think phil mickelson is the biggest dork on the tour. i understand that dork is a really dorky way to describe someone but thats the only word i can think of that truly captures the way phil carries himself. Every time phil makes a shot he makes that goofy smile to the croud, walks like an ape and then nods his head to the croud as to say thank you a hundred times on the way to his next shot. i would rather have seen anybody else but phil win the masters and that even includes K.J. Choi who i am convinced is a robot.

Maybe i am being an ass because phil has had some family issues and usually you would cheer for a guy like that to win just because of his harships but i just cant bring myself to do it. is it wrong that i hate phil? am i the only one who hates phil for his dorky mannerisms?

streaking jays!!

So the blue jays are doing it to me again......giving me hope at the start of the year when we all know that its all going to fall apart very soon. currently the jays are 5-1, winning 5 straight since the opening day loss and with only philadelphia(6-1) having a better record in the majors so far this season. But the Jays will have a tough time with chicago coming to town for 4 games, including the home opener, then the angels visit toronto for another 3 games. I think this will be an early test for the jays to see how much depth they really have on the mound and see if they can produce runs on a nightly basis.
But it has been a frustrating trend for blue jays fans the past couple of years because every year its the same story, they start out hot, usually leading the division for a while then a steady decline to the basement where they seem to feel more comfortable. So the question is how long will it last this year? We cant truly believe that we will compete with boston and new york for the entire season but a respective third place in the division and a record above .500 would be satisfactory with me. The jays need to do some rebuilding so with a couple solid years in their pocket then maybe some bigger names will want to come to toronto to play. then its back to the 92' 93' glory days in no time.

So we'll put this one up to the readers, how long can the jays keep winning?

HEEEEEE'S BAAAAAAAACK!!!!

It's finally here, Tiger is back on the course, I can actually start enjoying the sport on TV again. The networks that work with the PGA are throwing parties in anticipation for the monster ratings there going to receive when the new bad boy of golf tees off tomorrow. I will never hold anything against Tiger, I may not agree with what he did mostly for the fact that his mistresses were an out of 10 average of 6 and his wife is a 12. I was and still am a huge fan of Tiger because he Dominates golf and has changed the following of the game by winning tournaments. I wasn't a fan of him because he was a great husband and dad. The amount of people that only watch golf when he's in is insane, over the last two seasons the tournaments Tiger golfs receive almost 3 times as many viewers. Glad your back Tiger! Just don't get busted with any hookers because Elin isn't at the Masters.

Brett Favre is a Grandpa!!

NFL Superstar Brett Favre has become a grandfather at the age of 41. If he decides to comeback to play for the Vikings, he will become the first grandfather in NFL history to play. USA Today reported that Brett Favre’s daughter, Brittany Favre, has already given birth to a son and states the news was confirmed to ESPN by Brett Favre. It has now been confirmed that Brittany Favre gave birth to Parker Brett on April 2nd. He weighed in at 7lbs. 7oz. and is doing well.

This is kind of crazy isnt it? i guess its commendable because the guy is playing some of the best football of his career in one of the roughest sports in the world when hes 40 years old and now it turns out hes a grandfather. seriously, my grandpa has two fake hips and a fake knee, i just cant see him scrambling for a first down after the pocket crumbles and there are six men the size of a geo storm chasing you down. Obviously my grandpa is a little bit older than Favre but its just the principal of the matter, a grandpa just doesnt belong on the football field, they should be retiring in florida playing 36 holes a day. Thats the way i see myself when i'm a grandpa, especially once this blog takes off and im making millions, retiring in florida by the age of 40.
